Foreigners, Overseas Compatriots Visit Kumsusan Palace of Sun
Pyongyang, July 28 (KCNA) -- Foreigners and overseas compatriots visited the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun to pay tribute to Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il on Sunday.

They are here to take part in the celebrations of the 60th anniversary of the Korean people's victory in the Fatherland Liberation War.

They included the delegation of the People's Republic of China headed by Li Yuanchao, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and vice-president of the PRC;

the Ugandan delegation led by Vice-President Edward Kiwanuka Sekandi;

the Zambian delegation led by Vice-President Guy Scott;

Vishwanath, secretary general of the International Kim Il Sung Prize Council and the International Kim Jong Il Prize Council and director general of the International Institute of the Juche Idea;

the delegation of the Communist Party of Cuba headed by Jose Ramon Balaguer, head of the International Department of the Central Committee of the CPC;

the delegation of the Communist Party of Vietnam headed by Tran Quoc Vuong, secretary of the Central Committee and head of the Office of the C.C., CPV;

the Iranian military delegation headed by Sayed Hamidreza Tabatabaei, deputy commander-in-chief of the Army of Iran;

the Ugandan high-level military delegation headed by Odongo Jeje, minister of state for the Ministry of Defense;

the military attaches corps here;

the family of Zhang Weihua, Chinese anti-Japanese revolutionary martyre;

the family of Zhou Wei, daughter of Zhou Baozhong, Chinese related to the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle;

families of Chinese anti-Japanese revolutionary martyrs, Korean anti-Japanese revolutionary fighters in China, Chinese related to the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle and Koreans related to the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle in China; and the delegation of overseas Korean war veterans led by Kim Kang Hui, head of the lecturers group of veterans of the Chinese People's Volunteers.

They paid tribute to the statues of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il in boundless reverence.

They paid homage to Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il in the halls where they lie in state.

They went round with keen interests the rooms where orders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il received are on display and the halls that house cars, electric car, boat and train coaches used by them during their field guidance and visits to foreign countries till the last moments of their lives.

They made entries in the visitor's book.

Li Yuanchao wrote that Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il are alive in the hearts of the Chinese people.

Kim Kang Hui wrote that Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il are always with us.

Meanwhile, Jo Il Min, chief of the Pyongyang mission of the Anti-Imperialist National Democratic Front, visited the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun to pay tribute to Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.
