Looking round various places of the construction site, he learned in detail about the progress made in the construction and encouraged the builders to display the spirit of devotedly carrying out the policies of the Workers' Party of Korea.

He underscored the need to pay a primary attention to ensuring quality in construction as intended by the Party and provide perfectly completed houses to scientists. He called for carrying out the remaining work qualitatively.

He stressed the need for the relevant units to sufficiently supply building and other materials to the construction site so the builders may complete the construction of apartment houses for scientists to be proud of.
