Pyongyang, July 25 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Communist Party of Cuba (CPC) headed by Jose Ramon Balaguer, head of the International Department of the Central Committee of the CPC, arrived here Thursday to take part in the celebrations of the 60th anniversary of the Korean people's victory in the Fatherland Liberation War.
