Pyongyang, July 25 (KCNA) -- A cultural and art delegation of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (CPLA) headed by Li Xiubao, deputy head of the Publicity Department of the General Political Department of the CPLA, arrived here on Thursday to take part in the celebrations of the 60th anniversary of the Korean people's victory in the Fatherland Liberation War.
