Pyongyang, July 25 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the General Police Bureau of Vietnam headed by To Van Thuong, director of the bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, and a delegation of the Ministry of Justice of Mongolia headed by Altangerel Oyunsaitkhan, director of the Policy Coordination, arrived here Thursday to take part in the celebrations of the 60th anniversary of the Korean people's victory in the Fatherland Liberation War.
