They included a Mongolian government military delegation headed by Avirmed Battor, vice-minister of Defence, a Vietnamese military delegation headed by Luong Cong, deputy head of the General Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army, an Iranian military delegation headed by Sayed Hamidreza Tabatabaei, deputy commander-in-chief of the Army of Iran, and a Tanzanian military delegation headed by Salum Mustafa Kijuu, commander of the Army of the Tanzanian People's Defence Forces.
