Kim Il Sung's Exploits in War Praised Abroad
Pyongyang, July 25 (KCNA) -- The world public praised the undying feats of President Kim Il Sung, who led the Fatherland Liberation War to victory.

The Peruvian National Independent Movement for Free Voting's Union and the Peruvian Committee for Supporting the Independent and Peaceful Reunification of Korea in a joint statement stressed that the President, who led the Korean war to victory and brought about the beginning of a downhill turn for U.S. imperialism, was an outstanding strategist and an invincible and iron-willed commander.

The member of the Executive Committee of the Yangon Regional Committee of the Union Solidarity and Development Party of Myanmar praised the President for setting forth his unique military idea that the factor of victory in war lies not in the armed equipment and the level of the military technique but in the military personnel themselves, and led the army and people to victory.

The president of the Socialist Party of Benin emphasized that the human history does not know such a brilliant commander and general mastered in pen and sword as the President, who held arms all his life and demonstrated the invincibility by his prominent strategy and commanding arts on the forefront of confrontation with imperialism.

The chairman of the Communist Party of Tajikistan said the President laid out his unique military methods and led the Korean People's Army to victory, adding that the Korean people's historic victory would have been unthinkable without his rare strategy and tactics.

The chairman of the Peruvian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism said as follows:

President Kim Il Sung was a great leader who defeated two imperialisms in one generation and ushered in a new era of independence against imperialism.

He was an iron-willed brilliant commander who wisely led the Korean people in the Fatherland Liberation War and a symbol of eternal victory in the anti-imperialist, anti-U.S. struggle.
