S. Korean Police Arrests Member of South Headquarters of Pomminryon
Pyongyang, July 18 (KCNA) -- The south Korean police Wednesday arrested Kim Se Chang, a member of the South Headquarters of the Pan-national Alliance for Korea's Reunification (Pomminryon), on charges of violation of the ill-famed "Security Law".

The police had already searched his house in the course of wholesale search operation against the houses of leading members of the South Headquarters of Pomminryon on June 26. The police took such action for the mere reason that he did not comply with the two rounds of summoning for questioning.
