S. Korean Court Hit for Its Base Repressive Action
Pyongyang, July 17 (KCNA) -- The south Korean Chongju District Court took such a fascist action as inflicting a penalty on a resident who protested against the unreasonable verdict of the judicial authorities while praising President Kim Il Sung, according to CBS of south Korea on Sunday.

In December last year the court turned down the appeal of a forwarding agent who had been sentenced to a prison term on charges of the violation of the "Security Law" for the mere reason that he praised the DPRK. Enraged at the court's verdict, the resident present among the public chanted "Long live Kim Il Sung!"

Taken aback by this, the puppet group arrested him and held a trial of him. It sentenced him to a prison term of one year and six months and suspension of qualifications of the same period on charges that he praised the north, posting on his website "literature benefiting the enemy" in a planned manner.

The south Korean group of traitors is becoming more desperate in its fascist crackdown to quell the reverence for the peerlessly great men growing deep among the south Korean people and their desire to achieve reunification through alliance with the north.
