Present there from the DPRK side were members of the delegation of the DPRK-EU Friendship Parliamentary Group led by Chairman Ri Jong Hyok and from the EP side members of the delegation for relations with the Korean Peninsula of the European Parliament led by Chairman Herbert REUL.

At the talks, both sides exchanged views on the issue of boosting the relations between the two parliaments and a series of issues of mutual concern.
