The bulletin carried articles including "Kim Il Sung, eternal President of DPRK" and "Marshal Kim Jong Un whom all the people follow".

The bulletin in an article titled "The brilliant life characterized by love for people" said:

Kim Il Sung, the sun of the 20th century and prominent leader of the cause of global independence, dedicated his all to the freedom and happiness of the people and victory of the cause of socialism.

He founded the immortal Juche idea, putting the status of the popular masses onto the highest level. He made the Korean people strong in the spirit of independence and led the revolution and construction to victory by trusting them and relying on them.

He loved the country more ardently than anyone else and regarded the happiness of the people as his greatest pleasure. That is why the Korean people are holding him in high esteem as eternal President of the DPRK.

He indicated the road to be followed by humankind with the rays of Juche, defeated two imperialisms in one generation and built a socialist paradise centered on popular masses with ardent love for them. These exploits of the President are shining more brilliantly thanks to the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un.
