Kim Il Sung Lauded by Bangladeshi Papers
Pyongyang, July 7 (KCNA) -- Bangladeshi papers carried articles praising the feats of President Kim Il Sung on July 1 to mark the 19th anniversary of his demise.

The Weekly Industry in an article titled "The eternal sun of Juche" said:

Kim Il Sung, founder of socialist Korea, is being revered by progressive humankind as eternal sun of Juche.

He founded the Juche idea, providing a great guiding idea for the cause of independence.

He founded the Anti-Japanese People's Guerilla Army on April 25, 1932, defeated Japanese imperialism by force of arms and liberated Korea.

He led the service personnel and people of the DPRK to victory with his outstanding military idea, strategy and tactics in the Korean war ignited by the U.S., inflicting upon the U.S. a heavy defeat, the first of its kind in history.

He always adhered to the line of attaching importance to arms and military affairs in the struggle for post-war rehabilitation and construction and socialist revolution and construction. He turned the DPRK into a socialist power by abiding by the principle of independence in politics, self-support in economy and self-reliance in defence.

The Natun Bangla in an article titled "Father of the people" said Kim Il Sung was not only the leader of the country but the great father who was responsible for the life and destiny of the people.

Even in those last days of his life in 1994 he walked lanes through fields of co-op farms, devoting his all to the improvement of the people's standard of living.

The benevolent image of the President as father of the people will always be remembered by progressive mankind.
