The Bangladesh Institute of the Juche Idea carried an article titled "Kim Il Sung, shining august name" which said:

The President, who embarked upon the road of revolution in his teens, clearly indicated the road to be followed by the DPRK by founding the Juche idea and the Songun idea.

The revolutionaries of Korea gave him such august name as Kim Il Sung which means that he is the sun indicating the road of national resurrection and prosperity.

He liberated Korea through a 15-year-long anti-Japanese armed struggle, built a country for people and firmly protected the sovereignty and dignity of the country by inflicting upon the U.S. a heavy defeat, the first of its kind in the U.S. history, in the Fatherland Liberation War.

He also led to victory the post-war rehabilitation and construction, socialist revolution and socialist construction of different phases, thus setting an example to be followed by the world popular masses in the struggle for achieving their independence.

The Bangladeshi Group for the Study of Songun Politics carried an article titled "Kim Il Sung, holding aloft the banner of independence" which said:

He performed undying feats before the era and history by holding aloft the banner of independence.

He founded the Juche idea in his early years, which clarifies that the master of revolution and construction is the popular masses and they are capable of pushing ahead with them.

In the post-war period he laid down a basic line on building socialist economy which called for giving priority to the development of heavy industry while simultaneously developing light industry and agriculture.

He worked heart and soul for the accomplishment of the cause of global independence all his life.
