The deputy general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Democratic Congo in a lecture said:

Working at the C.C., WPK Kim Jong Il made the party an integral whole in terms of ideology and organization and a body that has achieved unity in action.

Under his wise leadership the WPK could solve all the problems in the revolution and construction with its own judgment and opinion as required by the situation of the country and aspiration of its people.

The dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un has seen to it that the WPK invariably preserved the idea of believing in the people as in Heaven which Kim Jong Il applied during the whole period of his leadership over the party as the main principle of the party work and activities.

A Guinean personage and other speakers said that thanks to the outstanding leadership of Kim Jong Il the WPK could be the most tested and militant party. They praised him as the peerless politician.

Officials of the Ethiopian Gabriel Hospital and other units said that Kim Jong Il who opened the June 15 era of reunification is a great man who provided a turning phase in accomplishing the cause of Korea's reunification.
