Joint Meeting of Soldiers, People Held
Pyongyang, June 28 (KCNA) -- The group of service personnel of the Korean People's Army marching to the revolutionary sites in front areas held a joint meeting with Kaesong citizens City at Kaesong Square in the city on Friday.

Present there were generals and officers of the KPA, members of the group, war veterans, servicemen's families, workers, youth and students in the city.

The speakers said that the meeting is a great assembly demonstrating indomitable faith of the service personnel and people to bring about a final victory at any cost in the anti-imperialist and anti-U.S. confrontation.

The people residing in the city close to the Military Demarcation Line are growing stronger in their will to share their fate with the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un to the last, they added.

War veterans said the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War is the victory of outstanding military idea, Juche-oriented war methods, superb strategy and tactics of President Kim Il Sung. It is also a brilliant result of ardent patriotism and indomitable fighting spirit of the KPA soldiers and people who turned out in the struggle for devotedly defending the country, they added.

The soldiers from the frontline posts, youth and students evinced their will to deeply cherish the fighting spirit of the heroic soldiers during the war and wipe out the brigandish U.S. imperialists and the south Korean group of traitors by the concerted efforts of the army and people.

The disabled soldiers pledged to always remain soldiers of the Supreme Commander just as they did during their service in the army and the servicemen's families renewed their will to take care of the soldiers at the posts as their real parents would do.

Meanwhile, the group of study tour held an oath-taking meeting in front of the statue of the President in Kaesong City on the same day.

All the participants vowed to firmly support with arms the Songun leadership of Kim Jong Un.
