War-related Historic Site Draws Endless Stream of Visitors
Pyongyang, June 28 (KCNA) -- Many people, including servicepersons and schoolchildren, have visited the Historic Site Associated with the Fatherland Liberation War.

The number of visitors has reached at least 5.7 million.

More than 90,000 people of different social standings have visited the site in the first six months of the year which marks the 60th anniversary of the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War.

At the site President Kim Il Sung had the Supreme Command from January of Juche 40 (1951) to July of 1953, arousing the army and people of the DPRK to the sacred battles of justice to beat back the aggression of the U.S. imperialists who boasted of being "the strongest" in the world and protect the freedom and independence of the country.

Preserved there with good care are the command post of the Supreme Command and other historic buildings and relics which bear witness to the outstanding military wisdom, Juche-based war methods, matchless grit and gut and noble popular virtues of the President.
