The police took such fascist action by branding their activities as "enemy-benefiting acts". They charged that the two members "fully accepted the action line of the north by publishing a joint statement of the North, South and Overseas Headquarters of Pomminryon".

The fascist police are taking issue with the part of the joint statement of the South Headquarters of Pomminryon saying that it is a nonsensical logic and preposterous that the U.S. can conduct a nuclear test, launch missiles and pose a nuclear threat as it pleases but the north is not allowed to launch satellites for peaceful purposes and conduct a nuclear test for self-defence.

The police threatened to take a legal action against them.
