Dmitri Kostenko, chairman of the Russian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea, said in his speech that Kim Jong Il had displayed his organizing ability as an outstanding leader since his start of work at the C.C., WPK, adding:

He wisely led the people to successfully make the Arduous March even under the adverse conditions where the moves of the U.S. imperialists and their stooges became evermore undisguised after President Kim Il Sung passed away.

The cause of the Korean revolution is reliably guaranteed as the dear respected Kim Jong Un has wisely led the country and its people to a rosy future.

Speakers including the chairman of the Rostov Association for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism of Russia praised Kim Jong Il for developing the WPK into an invincible party which enjoys absolute support and trust of the people, deeply rooted among them.

Daniel Dediu, chairman of the Romanian Workers' Association, said:

Kim Jong Il performed undying ideological and theoretical feats by giving perfect answers to the complicated matters arising in the every period of the revolution and construction since his start of work at the C.C., WPK.

The immortal exploits performed by him in the strengthening and development of the WPK and the world socialist movement will be always remembered not only by the Korean people but by progressive humankind.

We are convinced that the fraternal Korean people will build a powerful socialist nation under the leadership of Kim Jong Un.
