They bagged three gold medals, five silvers and five bronzes in various categories on Saturday.

Kim Kwang Song succeeded in snatching 164kg in 77kg category to come first in men's snatch and third in the jerk to place third in total. Kim Myong Hyok won the gold medal in the 69kg jerk by lifting 178kg.

Ri Jong Hwa succeeded in snatching 105kg in women's 58kg category to come first in the snatch and second in the jerk, thus placing second in total. She bagged one gold medal and two silvers.

In the meantime Jo Pok Hyang came second in the women's 63kg jerk and took the third place in the women's snatch event of the same category. She came second in total points. Jong Chun Mi also came second and third in the women's 58kg snatch and jerk events to come third in total standing.
