Going round various places in Tanchon area, he encouraged the workers who are bringing about innovations in production, true to the appeal sent by the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un in which he called for ushering in a new heyday on all fronts of socialist construction by creating the "Masikryong Speed".

He held a consultative meeting on the spot. Discussed there were matters on stepping up the modernization of equipment, finishing at an early date the construction of fresh production processes and using and managing well Tanchon Port.

Measures were also taken to reenergize the production in various units including the Tanchon Magnesia Factory by thoroughly carrying out the last instructions of leader Kim Jong Il, and to let the ministries, national institutions and other related units fully supply raw and other materials needed for the modernization and construction.
