Pyongyang, June 17 (KCNA) -- 17 organizations of south Korea including the Headquarters of the Movement for a Stop to U.S. Troops' Crimes and the Bar Association for Democratic Society formed the People's Solidarity for Revising Unequal SOFA in Seoul on June 13.

A declaration on its formation was read out at the meeting.

The declaration said that the organization would stage solidarity actions with the people from all walks of life in order to seek revision of the south Korea-U.S. SOFA and launch a campaign to have its demands met vis-a-vis the "government" and "National Assembly."

The organization will work out a proposal for negotiations for revising the humiliating agreement and, on this basis, make utmost efforts to ensure that the proposal is submitted to the NA and approved, the declaration stressed.
