KPA Personnel Tour Front Areas
Pyongyang, June 16 (KCNA) -- Service personnel of the Korean People's Army (KPA) continue tours to revolutionary sites in front areas. The march is to mark the 60th anniversary of the Korean people's victory in the Fatherland Liberation War.

On June 10 the marchers arrived at Height 351 associated with the undying feats of the heroic soldiers during the war.

They looked round observation post, battle field and other places, being briefed on the fact that soldiers devoted their youth and life to the party, leader, country and the people.

They held a meeting for hearing reminiscences in Wolbisan-ri and crossed Onjong Pass. Upon arrival in Naegumgang-ri, Kumgang County on June 12, they held a meeting around bonfire.

On June 14, the marchers arrived at the Sungap Revolutionary Site reflective of the leadership feats of President Kim Il Sung, who opened a bright prospect for the final victory in the war in the autumn of Juche 41 (1952).

Listening to an explanation briefed that the President came to the place where the front command was located despite the shower of shells and powder smoke and advanced superb operational and tactical policy, the marchers looked round several places of the site.

On June 15, they visited the revolutionary site on Mt. Jihye.

The marchers climbed Height 1211 on June 16. Visiting Hero Ri Su Bok Company they went round the monument to the on-the-spot guidance of Kim Jong Il and other places before holding a meeting at the camping site.

They continue their march, deeply acquiring the undying revolutionary exploits of the Generalissimos.
