At the conference speakers accused the authorities of getting vocal about the "fomentation of contradictions among southerners" and "dual character" and obstructing the joint national events for marking the 13th anniversary of the June 15 joint declaration proposed by the north.

They urged the present regime to ensure the joint national events and contribute to improving the south-north relations.

In order to successfully hold the events it is necessary for all the people to pool their efforts, they stressed.
