Minju Joson Slams S. Korea for Making North, South Talks Abortive
Pyongyang, June 14 (KCNA) -- The south Korean puppet forces are working hard to pass the buck for the breakdown of the talks between the authorities of the north and the south of Korea to the DPRK, says Minju Joson Friday in a bylined commentary.

Noting that this reminds one of a thief crying "stop the thief", the commentary goes on:

Words like "the method of forcing subordination and humiliation is not desirable" are what the DPRK should say to the south side.

The south side at the working contact for the talks between authorities of the north and the south impudently designated a certain person, calling his name and demanding that he should appear at the talks as the head of delegation from the north side. They even made assertion of interfering in the internal affairs of the DPRK, an insult and provocation seriously getting on its nerves and forcing it into submission.

The puppet forces suggested the vice-minister of Unification as chief delegate. Their calculation was that if the north side accepts the suggestion, they would raise the issues of "nuclear dismantlement" and the admission of warship sinking incident and thus turn the talks into the theater for escalating the confrontation with compatriots and if the north side opposes the change of the chief delegate, they would pass the buck for the breakdown of the talks to the DPRK.

As clearly proved by the fact, the puppet forces are wholly to blame for the breakdown of the talks.

They can not evade the crimes of making the talks abortive to the disappointment of all the Koreans and pushing south Korean businessmen and other people who are waiting for a helping hand to death and distress.
