The newly elected chairman said at the ceremony:

We will deeply grasp the revolutionary exploits of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and dynamically conduct the activities for studying and disseminating the Juche idea.

We will also boost solidarity with the Korean people, who are struggling against U.S. imperialism under the wise leadership of the dear respected Kim Jong Un, and actively support the peaceful reunification of Korea based on the Three Charters for National Reunification.
