The song is a hymn of loyalty created by Kim Jong Il on June 1, Juche 42 (1953), in reflection of the ardent wishes of the service personnel and people of the DPRK for the safety of President Kim Il Sung on inspection of the far-off front.

Put on the stage were such numbers as chorus "Song of Best Wishes" and prologue "The song of wishes reverberates through the country".

The performers showed that the above-said song is always heard from among the people as a hymn to the sun.

Dialogic poem "The road to the front carrying the best wishes of the people", serial songs "Our father" and "Love shown by General" and other numbers truthfully represented the boundless reverence of the schoolchildren throughout the country for Kim Jong Il.

Boys chorus "Marshal Kim Jong Un is the best" and narrative poem "The country blessed by the sun" and other numbers represented the happy schoolchildren in the era of Songun Korea growing under the loving care of the dear respected Kim Jong Un.
