Rally Cycling Starts Here
Pyongyang, May 8 (KCNA) -- A rally cycling kicked off in the DPRK amid interest of sports experts and fans.

The participants in the rally which will run through May 17 are divided into the young group and the adult group.

It brought together more than 50 men and women cyclists of the Sports Team of the Ministry of Light Industry, Ryesonggang Sports Team and the Tongmyongsan Sports Team.

It involves the time trial in which each cyclist runs for a certain distance after starting at an interval of one minute and the race in which several cyclists run along a certain course after a simultaneous kick-off.

The first-day match of the time trial took place in Kwangbok Street on Wednesday.

Cyclists covered the distance between avenues before Kwangbok Area Supermarket and Mangyongdae Schoolchildren's Palace.

The rally goes on.
