It is teaching mankind a right option. This is the reason why the U.S. and its followers are aiming at the DPRK with missiles and letting its carriers and formations of its bombers make sorties to this region.

There are in the DPRK the united people, the army organized with their beloved sons and daughters, the first-class munitions industry, fruition of many years' labor, and a complex of nukes and rockets.

The DPRK is showing the corrupt world engrossed in dissipation and avarice the tremendous capability to be displayed by the people convinced of the future when they will emerge victorious, united close around the party and the leader.

At a time when the Western propaganda offensive against the DPRK grew fierce and the U.S. was mobilizing huge forces against it, the March, 2013 Plenary Meeting of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea was held in Pyongyang.
