Speeches were made at the meeting.

Genaro Ledesma Izquieta, chairman of the People's Front of Workers, Peasants and Students of Peru, said that the Korean people would shatter the war moves of the U.S. imperialists and their stooges through their heroic struggle and certainly win victory in the all-out action against the U.S. by dint of the self-defensive capabilities bolstered up by the great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and under the Songun leadership of the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un.

The international secretary of the C.C., the Peruvian Communist Party noted that the might of the DPRK is growing stronger as the Songun cause is being steadfastly carried forward by Kim Jong Un.

The chairman of the Peruvian committee for remembering Generalissimo Kim Jong Il said: The U.S. should behave with discretion, well aware of the situation and might of the DPRK. The UN and the international community should take decisive measures, clearly mindful that the cause of the danger of a war on the Korean Peninsula is the U.S. and its stooges' moves for aggression against the DPRK.

Yuri Castro Romero, secretary general of the Peruvian-Korean Institute of Culture and Friendship, urged the U.S. to ponder over the fact that it would suffer from all disasters to be entailed from the moment it ignites a war.

The meeting adopted an appeal which denounced the U.S. and its followers for their moves to ignite a war against the DPRK.

The appeal urged the UN Security Council to immediately rescind all "resolutions on sanctions" unreasonably faked up with the aim to encroach upon the sovereignty of the DPRK.
