U.S., S. Korean Regime Urged to Demonstrate Their Will for Dialogue
Pyongyang, April 19 (KCNA) -- The United States and the south Korean puppet regime are now calling for dialogue and negotiations. But the call is no more than a trick to flee from the responsibility for the prevailing grave situation.

Upon receiving the statement issued by the Policy Department of the National Defence Commission (NDC) in response to the call, the DPRK people are expressing full support for the practical measures clarified in the statement.

Pak Hyong Chol, an officer of the Korean People's Army, told KCNA:

The U.S. claim that it will opt for dialogue when the DPRK shows its will for denuclearization first has irritated me.

The U.S. has introduced nuclear weapons into south Korea from long ago to threaten the DPRK. Its persistent anti-DPRK policy and nuclear blackmail have compelled the DPRK to get access to nukes.

It has launched the DPRK-targeted military exercises involving huge nuclear armed forces.

Such being the fact, the U.S. has raised the DPRK's denuclearization as a precondition for dialogue.

It is so shameless and imprudent behavior.

Sonu Yong Chol, a worker of the Chollima Steel Complex, said:

I have a clear memory of thrice-cursed acts committed by the south Korean puppet authorities at the instigation of the U.S., including the monstrous atrocity of burning portraits of great men symbolic of the dignity of the DPRK supreme leadership.

If they have no will to apologize for all of such acts, we will settle accounts with them by dint of arms.

Jong U Yong, a Pyongyang citizen, said:

The U.S. and the south Korean puppet authorities labeled the DPRK's satellite launch for peaceful purposes as a "missile launch", thus terming it a "provoker".

Overpowered by a series of tough countermeasures taken by the DPRK, they are now calling for dialogue.

If they sincerely want to see the relaxed situation, they should thoroughly carry out the practical measures clarified in the statement of the Policy Department of the NDC, before anything else.

Dialogue and negotiations are possible only through practical actions.
