The present U.S. chief executive has become vocal about the step he has taken to stop a series of military exercises, while claiming that "the U.S. has no intention to attack north Korea" and the "U.S. duty is to prevent a war".

This is a trick to evade the responsibility for the wartime situation prevailing on the Korean Peninsula and shift the blame on to the DPRK.

The U.S. is a chief culprit and a provoker which stoked tension and created the vicious cycle on the Korean Peninsula while tightening "sanctions" on the DPRK and moving to provoke a nuclear war.

It was the U.S. which hurt the dignity of the DPRK with brazen-faced political provocation while incriminating the legitimate and peaceful satellite launch of the DPRK. It was again the U.S. which is staging the nuclear war rehearsal to remove socialist Korea from the earth.

The U.S. has been waging military exercises in the sky and sea of the Korean Peninsula for nearly two months with the involvement of strategic nuclear submarines and bombers, apparently creating a nuclear war atmosphere.

However, it is now crying out for dialogue and restraint of military actions, a sophism that can be made only by gangsters.

Even at this moment the U.S. is waging nuclear war drills targeting the DPRK and is moving its nuclear strike means to operational waters off the peninsula.

It even mulls launching an intercontinental ballistic missile, one of three strategic nuclear strike means.

Under this situation, the U.S. has become vocal about a U-turn made by it toward dialogue and negotiation. This is aimed to convince the public that the U.S. does something to ease the tension on the Korean Peninsula, and round off nuclear war preparations behind the scene.

There can be neither DPRK-U.S. dialogue nor denuclearization as long as the U.S. wantonly violates the sovereignty of the DPRK and persists in the moves for a nuclear war against it.

As long as imperialists exist on earth and nuclear threats from the U.S. have not diminished, the DPRK's dismantlement of nuclear deterrence for self-defence will be unimaginable and there can never be such a thing no matter how much water may flow under the bridge.

The DPRK declared its new strategic line on simultaneously pushing forward economic construction and building of nuclear force and legalized it.

The DPRK's nuclear deterrence, symbol of its dignity and sovereignty, can never be a political bargaining chip.

The nuclear force of the DPRK will remain as the most powerful means for safeguarding the sovereignty and the supreme interests of the DPRK and dealing retaliatory blows at the strongholds of enemies who seek aggression on the DPRK till the world, especially the U.S., has become denuclearized.
