DPRK People Call U.S. Proposal for Dialogue Deceptive
Pyongyang, April 18 (KCNA) -- The U.S. rhetoric about "dialogue" has angered the DPRK people.

They regard the rhetoric as insulting and deceptive one.

In this regard, Choe Jung Gol, a citizen living in Phyongchon District, told KCNA:

I have just heard a statement released by the Policy Department of the National Defence Commission (NDC).

As clarified in the statement, there will never be dialogue as long as the U.S. persists in its hostile policy towards the DPRK. The U.S. and its followers are wholly to blame for the highly volatile situation created on the Korean Peninsula.

They termed the DPRK's satellite launch for the peaceful purposes "missile launch" and even cooked up the UN resolutions on sanctions against the DPRK.

Moreover, they have launched nuclear war exercises against the DPRK.

This is as good as an act of making light of the DPRK.

The U.S. should fully implement the practical measures suggested in the NDC statement, before anything else.

Ko Song Hyok, a citizen living in Chongjin City, North Hamgyong Province, said:

The U.S. claims that it will opt for dialogue when the DPRK shows its will for denuclearization first and on the other hand it is resorting to nuclear war maneuvers, ceaselessly introducing huge nuclear strike means into south Korea and its vicinity.

Our efforts for beefing up the nukes both qualitatively and quantitatively will never ceased, as long as the U.S. continues to pose nuclear threats to the DPRK

Kim Yong Ok, a resident living in Sinuiju City, North Phyongan Province, said:

The U.S. should squarely understand the steadfast will of the DPRK army and people to unfailingly win in a showdown with it.

The DPRK's sacred war against the U.S. will last until the Americans treat the DPRK people in a dignified way.
