Day of Sun Celebrated in Russia
Pyongyang, April 17 (KCNA) -- A Korean book, photo and fine art exhibition was opened in Moscow on April 11 to celebrate the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung (the Day of the Sun).

Displayed at the venue of the exhibition were photos of the great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Also on display there were works of the peerlessly great men of Mt. Paektu and photos and fine art works showing the proud achievements made by the Korean people in building a thriving socialist nation.

Present at the opening ceremony were officials of the Party for Peace and Unity of Russia, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the Liberal Democratic Party, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the newspaper Patriotic Office, the International Scientific and Technological Information Center and other units, masses and the charge d'affaires ad interim and staff members of the DPRK embassy in Moscow.

The participants laid a floral basket and bouquets before portraits of the Generalissimos.

Speeches were made at the ceremony.

Sazhi Umalatova, chairperson of the Party for Peace and Unity of Russia, warmly congratulated the Korean people on the 101st birth anniversary of Kim Il Sung. She added:

The DPRK is a great country which demonstrated its might as a powerful country dignified in independence. It has met all challenges of the imperialists as it has been led by the distinguished leaders.

Kim Jong Un is a peerless patriot who is devoting his all to the people with ardent patriotism and a great leader with conviction of victory of the revolutionary cause of Juche, absolute trust in the army and the people and dynamic practices.

The DPRK is sure to win victory after victory as it is led by Kim Jong Un, the most outstanding leader in the present times.

The editor-in-chief of Patriot said that the Korean people will win a final victory as they are led by Kim Jong Un.
