DPRK, Cuba Sign Agreement on Cultural Exchange

| Pyongyang, April 16 (KCNA) -- A 2013-2016 agreement on cultural exchange between the governments of the DPRK and Cuba was inked in Havana on April 11. Present at the signing ceremony from the DPRK side were Jon Yong Jin, DPRK ambassador to Cuba, and his embassy officials and from the Cuban side the minister of Culture and officials concerned. Jon Yong Jin and the Cuban minister of Culture signed the agreement. |
