Kim Il Sung Prize Awarded to Persons of Merit

| Pyongyang, April 9 (KCNA) -- Kim Il Sung Prize was awarded to Mun Ki Chang, Ri Ui Jong, Ri Sin Ung and Choe Suk Myong on the occasion of the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung. The conferment was in recognition of their great contributions made to developing the nation's science and technology, training technicians and creating art works of national value, true to the Workers' Party of Korea's plan for building a highly civilized socialist country. The relevant decree of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK was promulgated on April 4. |
