The appeal said:

We send militant salute to the Korean people on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of their victory in the Fatherland Liberation War which falls on July 27, 2013.

We pay highest tribute to President Kim Il Sung who led the war to victory.

The Korean war has not yet been ended.

During the three-year-long war the U.S. imperialists inflicted an untold disaster upon the Korean people. They have frantically pursued the moves to stifle the DPRK up to this date.

We call upon the world people who set store by justice and sovereignty to support the Korean people's struggle for terminating the Korean war and urge the U.S. to pull its troops and nuclear weapons out of south Korea and other parts of the Asia-Pacific region and stop joint military drills in south Korea.

We also call for expressing firm solidarity with the Korean people in their struggle to achieve the independent and peaceful reunification for the country and conducting activities for introducing the situation of the DPRK and protesting against the aggression moves of the U.S. and the south Korean regime on the occasion of July 27.
