He said that the U.S. nuclear war racket has entered the practical phase after going beyond the danger line. He went on:

The U.S. should clearly know the resentment of the DPRK and its iron will to do what it is determined to do, and stop at once the reckless nuclear war exercises and behave with discretion.

If the U.S. persists in its moves for igniting a nuclear war despite the warnings of the DPRK, it will face self-destruction.

He, in the name of the Juche idea followers of the world, fully supported the principled stand of the DPRK. He extended firm solidarity to the DPRK's army and people in their just struggle to defend their dignity.
