The U.S. and its allies, out of inveterate repugnance and hostility to the DPRK, have staged the farce of adopting "human rights resolution" against the latter on an annual basis, the statement said, terming it a politically-motivated plot that does not deserve even a passing note.

To debate about the human rights issue, the UN Human Rights Council should see through the miserable human rights abuses in south Korea first and take issue with the U.S. and the south Korean regime, chieftains who turned south Korea into a tundra of human rights, before any others, it held.

The Shenyang Branch of the General Association of Koreans in China in its statement on Mar. 28 condemned the south Korean puppet forces for moving to fabricate the "human rights resolution" against the DPRK.

Saying all the people in the DPRK are leading an equal and happy life under the socialist system centered on popular masses, the statement noted debate on human rights issue in the DPRK is nonsensical by origin.

Slandering the DPRK's human rights performance just means a wonton challenge to the dignity of the socialist system, it said, adding the army and people of the DPRK will never tolerate it.

All the Koreans in China will turn out as one to protect the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK which they regard dearer than their lives and to safeguard its socialist system, it stressed.
