| Pyongyang, April 3 (KCNA) -- The delegation of the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League headed by Jong Yong Won, vice-chairman of its Central Committee, returned home on Tuesday after participating in the first international preparatory meeting of the 18th World Festival of Youth and Students held in South Africa. A delegation of the Mongolian Institute for Strategic Studies headed by N. Dorjsuren arrived here Tuesday. |
