Patriotic War for Reunification Called for by Koreans in Japan
Pyongyang, April 2 (KCNA) -- Officials of the organizations of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) released statements on March 29 in support of the statement issued by the Supreme Command of the Korean People's Army (KPA).

Ri Jong Man, managing director of the Standing Council of the Korean Federation of Workers in Commerce in Japan, said all the Korean workers in commerce in Japan would resolutely turn out in the patriotic sacred war for national reunification in hearty response to the statement of the KPA Supreme Command.

Kim Cha Dol, chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the Korean Youth League in Japan, said: All the Korean youth and students in Japan positively support the just struggle of the young people in the homeland and will join them in working in a strained and militant manner with towering hatred for the U.S. imperialists.

Kang Chu Ryon, chairwoman of the Central Standing Committee of the Korean Democratic Women's Union in Japan, said all the Korean women in Japan can never pardon the war criminals, provokers hurting the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK.

Kim Hwa Hyo, chairman of the Korean Social Scientists Association in Japan, said the reckless acts of the human scum to hurt the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK deserve the severest punishment, adding that rabid dogs should be beaten with sticks.

Ri Chong Gyong, managing director of the Standing Council of the Korean Sportsmen's Federation in Japan, said all the sports organizations and sportspersons under the federation would turn out as one in the sacred war for resolutely frustrating war moves of the U.S. imperialists and south Korean puppets and safeguarding justice in view of the prevailing grave situation.

Kim Jong Su, chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the Union of Korean Writers and Artists in Japan, expressed will to wield higher their patriotic pens to protect independence and justice.

Pak Tong Ho, chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the Union of Korean Students in Japan, said all the Korean students in Japan would positively join the people in the homeland in their just struggle for the independent and peaceful reunification of the country.

Ri Tong Je, chairman of the Association of Koreans in Japan for Peaceful Reunification, called upon all Koreans to turn out in the struggle against the reckless rackets of the U.S. and south Korean warmongers for a war against the DPRK.
