Consequences Entailed by Sycophancy, Servility of S. Korea to U.S.
Pyongyang, April 1 (KCNA) -- GI criminals are still at large in south Korea.

The U.S. imperialist aggressor forces are the whole gamut of horrible crimes such as murder, robbery, violence and rape but less than 10 percent of the criminals was brought to court.

Several drunken GIs drive cars and commit robberies in a single day but less than 10 criminals were punished in recent three years.

It was reported that U.S. MPs handcuffed a south Korean civilian shortly ago and ran away to the U.S. before an investigation was made, touching off a great uproar.

Though GI crimes occur in south Korea, prosecution and police of south Korea are not allowed to investigate them properly, a civic and public organization deplored, adding: This is attributable to the U.S.-south Korea "Status of Forces Agreement".

South Koreans cannot but remain a passive onlooker to hair-raising crimes of GIs. This deplorable reality is unavoidable in south Korean society where everything is subject to the U.S. and the pro-U.S. sycophantic policy.
