B-2As' flight was not a simple military demonstration against the tough stand of the DPRK but an ultimatum that the U.S. would ignite a nuclear war at any cost on the Korean Peninsula.

Outbreak of a nuclear war on the peninsula is actually a matter of time.

The DPRK has made every possible effort to deter a war so far.

Its painstaking efforts led to the adoption of the DPRK-U.S. Agreed Framework in 1994 and the September 19 Joint Statement, which were aimed to settle pending issues between the DPRK and U.S.

Meanwhile, the DPRK had kept patience each time it was provoked.

Nevertheless, the U.S. has persisted in hostile policy towards the DPRK in various fields, worsening the bilateral relations phase by phase.

This year, it kicked off Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military exercises, involving even forces of its allies, in a bid to stifle the DPRK militarily.

Worse still, it has worked out an operation plan for hurting the dignity of the DPRK supreme leadership in collusion with the south Korean puppet military and is now looking for a chance to carry it into practice.

All the facts compelled the DPRK army and people to make a resolute decision to counter the U.S. high-handed practices with tough military action.

No one can take issue with the DPRK's nuclear deterrent as it is aimed to defend the country from a nuclear attack by the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean forces.

Under the present grave situation, Kim Jong Un, supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, convened an urgent operation meeting at 00:30 Friday and finally signed the plan on technical preparations of strategic rockets of the KPA, ordering them to be standby for fire.

The DPRK people are now awaiting the final order of action to be given by Marshal Kim Jong Un.

The U.S., styling itself the "only superpower in the world", will meet a miserable end, once the KPA launches volleys of fire.
