Recovery Center for Disabled Children Opens in DPRK
Pyongyang, March 29 (KCNA) -- A ceremony for opening the DPRK Recovery Center for Disabled Children was held on Friday.

Present there were Kim Mun Chol, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Korean Federation for the Protection of the Disabled, officials concerned, educators of the center and disabled children and their parents.

An opening address was made. Then followed speeches.

The reporter and speakers said that the center is a cradle for the disabled as it helps them grow up happily, receiving the warm care from the socialist public health system.

They renewed their will to help the disabled children to give full play to their talents under the universal 12-year compulsory education system.

The participants looked round the center.
