Hwang Hak Won, minister of Urban Management who is chairman of the Korean Association of Turf Cultivating Technology, conveyed the instructions given by the dear respected Kim Jong Un on planting and propagating a lot of plants including turf of good species.

Lectures were given on scientific and technological issues arising in creating and cultivating turf.
