The "government" and some media of south Korea made a hasty conclusion that the warship was exploded by the north but there is, in fact, no information and evidence to confirm the case, the commentary said, accusing the "government" authorities of pushing the inter-Korean relations to an unrepairable phase by taking "May 24 measure" on basis of the investigation results devoid of sufficient evidence.

The commentary held that it is very essential to lift the measure for confrontation and probe again the truth behind the case through common efforts by inviting the north and neighboring countries.

Underscoring the need to clear suspicions of the public at home and abroad about the warship sinking case and properly probe the truth behind the case, the commentary urged the "National Assembly" to respond to it.
