Spring Herbs Good for Health
Pyongyang, March 25 (KCNA) -- From long ago, the Korean people have used for dishes spring herbs, including wild onion, shepherd's purse, aralia shoots, wormwood and aster.

With various kinds of vitamins, protein and minerals, those herbs are considered to be good for health.

Wild onion helps cure women's diseases and improve men's energy. Alcohol mixed with dried wild onion is also helpful to the treatment of nerve disease.

Shepherd's purse is efficacious for relieving fatigue in spring and Aralia shoots for lowering sugar content in blood.

Wormwood contains inorganic matters and vitamins good for neuralgia and stanching. Taking 80 grams of it each day is enough to supply vitamin A needed for human body a day.

Taking aster for certain days is good for patients with chronic lung disorder.
