Day of Sun to Be Celebrated in Tanzania

Pyongyang, March 22 (KCNA) -- A Tanzanian preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung (the Day of the Sun) was formed in Dar es Salaam on March 16.

Francis F. Lyimo, chairman of the Tanzanian National Coordinating Committee of the Juche Idea Study Groups, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee.

The committee decided to organize diverse events including meeting, lecture and reading session on the occasion of the Day of the Sun.
