Traitors Will Meet Miserable End: KCNA Commentary
Pyongyang, March 20 (KCNA) -- Nationwide campaign has started to punish traitor Lee Myung Bak.

The prosecution of south Korea started investigating graft and corruption cases including the case of purchasing housing lot in Naegok-dong and illegal surveillance of civilians in which the traitor had been involved after broad segments of south Koreans referred those cases to the prosecutor's office.

With this as a starting point, a nationwide campaign is flaring up across south Korea calling for punishing Lee as a top-class traitor, not just subjecting him to legal procedures like taking legal actions and bringing him to justice.

No sooner had he stepped down than the south Koreans, as if they had waited for it, turned out in a campaign for punishing him, an eruption of their pent-up grudge and a just action for realizing social justice.

Not only Koreans but the international community admit that he is human scum who should be brought to justice and eliminated from the political arena.

Corruption and swindling in which Lee and his family and relatives and close confidants have been involved are unprecedented ones in the nation's history.

Those crimes shocked the people, and south Korean society has been reduced to a corrupt society and a living hell on earth.

During his office, Lee has more loudly called for "human rights" than any others. But the harsh violence of people who demanded their vital rights, including the killing of evacuees of Ryongsan and the suppression of workers of Ssangyong Motors, put into the shade the successive military dictators.

So innumerable are crimes he committed against the nation by escalating confrontation with fellow countrymen and war moves.

The north-south ties plunged to a complete deadlock and a serious stumbling block was created in the way of peace and reunification due to the acts of treachery of Lee who escalated confrontation with fellow countrymen after selling off the interests of the nation to his American and Japanese patrons.

Never to be pardoned is the traitor's act of harming the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK and unhesitatingly attempting at the hideous state-sponsored terrorism.

The traitor committed so huge crimes during his five years in office that he would not be able to redress them after the lapse of 500 or 5 000 years.

It is quite natural that the south Koreans are turning out to force the traitor to pay for his crimes after branding him as a matchless traitor and human scum who put the "five traitors of 1905" into the shade.

Lee is gravely mistaken if he thinks he can go scot-free after serving a prison term like the preceding military murderers though he had been engrossed in evil acts against the people, reunification and humanity.

Traitors will be made to experience the final treatment to be meted out to them by the army and people of the DPRK.
