Present at the inaugural ceremony were personages of various circles including members of the leadership of the Socialist Party of Romania and the Romanian National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea.

The committee decided to organize events like meeting, seminar, film show and book and photo exhibition in the period between March 15 and April 15 for widely introducing the immortal exploits Kim Il Sung performed for the cause of socialism and the development of the international working-class movement.
