WPK Delegation Returns Home

Pyongyang, March 2 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Workers' Party of Korea led by Ri Yong Chol, vice department director of the C.C., the WPK, came back home on Saturday after taking part in the 15th Congress of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation.
